Tomorrow

Less than 48 hours until we will know how the American people wish to proceed through the next few years, it would be nice to think that they were considering this as they headed into the "booth." (does anyone still vote in a booth? with mechanical levers? more than nostalgia, though I always loved pulling the little levers down, I think they were much harder to mess with. Smartcards gone missing, Hugo Chavez in charge of one of the major suppliers of voting equipment - Feingold and McCain would have been wiser to pursue clean annd fair elections instead of worrying about the money -we've all seen how effective that has been. What is the true threat to democracy - people putting their moneys where their mouths are, or people actively and aggressively pursuing election fraud?)

Update: the chaos has already begun and it is barely 8am!
