Snagged a couple of picture-perfect fall days at the farm this past weekend. Saw lots and lots of pheasant and woodcock, two large, but young bucks, and many geese. They were all jittery as it was the opening weekend of pheasant hunting season and shotgun reports were heard constantly. Last year on precisely this same weekend, it was 70 degrees -that was the weekend when Peter shot the pheasant in his tennis shorts! The temperatures were much brisker this weekend, but we had beautiful light and lovely sunsets, nonetheless.

Bookmark this one - you'll be glad you did
Add this one to your list - hysterical and it's all about shoes! (okay, not really...) Speaking of which, it's been a big week for Marty's shoe wardrobe - all the little kitten heels, and suede pumps are meeting some new friends! And they are very excited about it, too. Marty has been busy!

Harry is going into business!
Are you tired of always having to drop your frisbee so you can pant and slobber between catches? Well, not anymore! Try my new, improved frisbee - you just hook it on one of your canids and presto! you can breathe and present your frisbee for tossing at the same time!! (He is going to make millions with this one)
our dear Keokee's wedding
A propitiously rainy day was the backdrop for one of the LOVEliest weddings we've been to in a long time. Keokee was beautiful and elegant (like a bird!) and Terry was beaming from ear to ear as the lucky and handsome groom. It was a wedding that was all about family - young, old and everywhere in between. We were so honored to be included. Here are a few shots from the day.
